The dining experience offers a variety of good options but may become repetitive. Overall, the hotel provides a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was made even more comfortable with efficient and reliable service. The rooms were good and very comfortable, with quick responses from the staff. I am staying here for 10 days and I am so happy, especially thanks to Mr Birendra for taking care of the room and clothes. The boating experience was also perfectly good and nice despite some confusion about the claimed offer.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and always smelt good, but the lack of the booked bathtub was a letdown. The service was courteous and helpful, although a bit lost and cluttered during breakfast. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, nice and quiet. The dining experience offered a decent spread but was not exceptional.
